COURSE INFORMATION:

Food business operators in the UK are required to ensure that food handlers receive appropriate supervision and instruction/training in food hygiene in line with their work activity and should enable them to handle food safely. This course can enable you or your business to evidence that you have met these requirements.

This one-on-one, tutor-led, interactive e-learning course provides you with the knowledge of Food Safety practices which will help you to reduce health hazards when working with food. These include premises hygiene, personal hygiene, risk control, pest control and waste management. This level 2 course is about minimising the level of potential hazards in a food manufacturing setting and is aimed at anyone who works in, or is planning to work in, a food manufacturing environment.

Once you receive your log-in details, you can complete the course at any time to suit you. Each time you log in, you’ll be able to see the progress you have made and our e-learning portal will remember where you left off last time – so you can continue your training quickly and easily. You can also go over the learning content as often as required so you get the optimum learning experience that will be retained and applied to your work, to keep you and your business safe and compliant.

Our presenter Nikki will guide you through all the knowledge and understanding you need in a series of videos followed by some multiple choice questions. You’ll have three attempts to complete each module before you’ll need to call us.

This course is also CPD Certified, recognised and accepted across multiple industries and by employers.
