Our 3-hour Basic Life Support for Adults and Children training programme is designed to teach candidates a combination of basic emergency first aid techniques and resuscitation skills, learning how to try and restore breathing in someone who is showing no signs of life.
A Qualsafe Level 2 course, it is nationally recognised and meets the minimum training recommendations for an ‘Appointed Person’ in the workplace, as detailed in the HSE Approved Code of Practice L74.

Designed to meet the requirements of OFSTED for Early Years First Aid Provision, students will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with various paediatric first aid situations which can arise when caring for children. This 2-day course meets with the recommendations of the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 issued by the Health & Safety Executive for the ‘Appointed Person’.
