Course Pre-requisites

• Candidates must hold the relevant operational level certificates or sea service experience as required for their chosen CoC pathway
• A minimum age of 18 years
• Understanding of basic leadership and teamwork principles at the operational level (HELM-O recommended prior to HELM-M)
