P-SY Crew Development Training (option 1)
Our series of Crew Development Training Programmes (P-SY) have been designed for those looking at junior interior or deckhand crewing positions on board a commercial vessel or wish to pursue a career within the superyachting industry.
This Option One programme series covers the minimum training we would recommend and has been created with flexibility in mind, allowing students to choose a programme and have up to 12 months to complete training courses from the date of purchase.
