Control of Substances Hazardous To Health (COSHH) Online Course
Our Control of Substances Hazardous to Health online course is designed for anyone who needs to be aware of the risks presented by handling substances which are hazardous to health and the ways to reduce them. This includes anyone who may be exposed to Substances Hazardous to Health at work, as well as line managers with responsibility for such people.
The tutor-led, interactive course covers everything you need to know about the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health, including hazards, exposure, risks and risk assessment, control measures to avoud harmful exposure to hazardous substances in the workplace as well as how to deal with COSHH emergencies.
Once you receive your log-in details, you can complete the course at any time to suit you and each time you log in, you’ll be able to see the progress you have made because our innovative e-learning portal will remember where you left off last time. You can also go back over the learning content as often as you need to get the optimum learning experience, helping to keep you and your business safe and compliant.
Our presenter Steve will guide you through all the knowledge and understanding you need in a series of videos followed by some multiple choice questions. You’ll have three attempts to complete each module before you’ll need to call us.

Having widely been used by the construction industry, right up until the year 2000, asbestos remains a hazard to this day with many workers still coming into contact with it. The Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR) 2012 apply to employers, employees, self-employed persons and duty holders and covers all work with asbestos containing materials. Regulation 10 of the CAR states that 'every employer must ensure that adequate information, instruction and training is given to employees who are liable to be exposed to asbestos.
